Lance Harriman, MSPT
 
Lance is the clinic's owner and has worked in the physical therapy field for 16 years. He is an active diver and snowboarder, as well as an expert surfer having surfed Mavericks for 16 years. Lance has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics, including a special emphasis on knee and shoulder injuries. With his surfing background and orthopedic physical therapy experience, Lance has become the go to person for surfing related injuries. He is also involved with Operation Rainbow, a nonprofit organization dedicated to performing free orthopedic surgery for indigent children and young adults in developing countries worldwide. Lance has gone on multiple medical missions to countries in Central and South America. He also leads the aquatic therapy program offered by the clinic.

Tracy Michelmore, MPT
 
Tracy Michelmore has been practicing physical therapy for 18 years in a variety of settings including inpatient, acute rehab and outpatient orthopedic. Prior to joining Potrero Physical Therapy, Tracy created, directed, and functioned as the primary PT for an industrial medicine clinic. While she has extensive experience in treating a vast array of injuries/conditions, Tracy specializes in treatment of the knee and shoulder. An active cyclist and expert skier, she has an innovative approach to therapeutic exercise as well as designing home exercise programs.

Radhika Shah, MSPT
Radhika Shah has been practicing physical therapy for 5 years across a variety of settings including inpatient, industrial medicine, neurologic rehab, and outpatient orthopedics. Prior to relocating to the Bay Area this summer, she served as the clinic director of an outpatient facility in NYC. Radhika is also a certified massage therapist (NCBTMB) and has a special interest in trigger point release, having completed the series by Janet Travell. She is an avid hiker and yoga practitioner and brings a balanced treatment approach to Potrero PT.

David Silkey, MPT, CSCS
David has been practicing physical therapy for 15 years in a variety of settings, with a strong emphasis on outpatient and sports rehabilitation. While experienced in the treatment of a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries/conditions, David has a particular interest in injuries of the shoulder, knee, and foot/ankle. He is adept in lower extremity biomechanical analysis including evaluation, fabrication, and implementation of orthotics. David received his "Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist" certification from the NSCA in 2000 and has logged over 250 hours in continuing education. A year-round athlete and competitive canoe paddler, David is able to understand the needs of high-level athletes and weekend warriors alike.

Andy Tsui, MPT, CSCS
Andy Tsui earned his Master's degree in physical therapy from Columbia University and has been practicing in New York and California for more than nine years. With extensive education in orthopedic manual therapy, including such methods as Maitland Australian Physiotherapy, Stanley Paris, muscle energy, active release with manual stabilization, and LJ Lee's integrated ring approach, Andy's continued efforts to broaden his knowledge and deepen his skills enable him to tailor programs specific to each individual's needs and to achieve optimum results. Having lived and worked in New York for the past five years, Andy recently decided to head back to the Bay Area and it's beautiful surroundings. He enjoys swimming and working out in his spare time.
